Estimated Delivery
- After processing, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Please note: shipping carriers may experience delays due to external factors such as weather or COVID-19 impacts.
Late or Missing Deliveries
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us at zudiegroup@gmail.com.
- If your order has not arrived within 60 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
(This guarantee does not cover incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer or missed deliveries.)
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives defective or not as described, Zudie Group LLC will:
- Cover the return shipping cost.
- Replace the item as quickly as possible.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Defective Items
- For items returned in perfect condition (not defective), a 30 % restocking fee applies.
- All returns must:
- Be in original packaging and condition.
- Be requested and shipped back within 15 days of delivery.
- Returns requested after 15 days may be refused.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund minus any restocking fee.
- Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
