💰 Refund & Return Policy — Zudie Group LLC
We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind every order.
Please review our refund terms below.
🚫 No Refunds for Wrong Addresses
- We cannot issue a refund or replacement if a customer enters the wrong shipping address when placing the order.
- Please double-check your address at checkout.
✅ When Refunds Are Available
Refunds are available if you meet all of these conditions:
- Return condition
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with the original tags and packaging.
- Use the return label provided by our customer service team.
- Contact us first
- Email zudiegroupllc@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for refund request (and a photo if defective or incorrect).
Once approved and received:
- We’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address—only use the return label we provide.

If we confirm that you provided the correct address and the package was returned by mistake:
- We will reship to the same address free of charge.
- If you request a different address, you pay the shipping & handling fee.

Order Cancellation
Because Zudie Group LLC sells two different product types, our cancellation rules depend on how the product is made and fulfilled.
1️⃣ Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
(Apparel, mugs, ornaments, custom gifts, wall art, jewelry, etc.)
- Every POD item is made to order immediately after you purchase.
- Cancellation or modification is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, or once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified for any reason.
- This policy ensures fast turnaround and high-quality, personalized printing.
2️⃣ Carimo Beauty & Wellness Products
(Skincare, haircare, fragrances, and other ready-made items)
- Because these products are not custom-printed, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order as long as the item has not shipped.
- Once a shipping label has been created or the order has left our fulfillment location, the order can no longer be canceled.
3️⃣ How to Request a Cancellation

· Include your order number and the items you wish to cancel.
· We will confirm by email whether the cancellation was successful based on the rules above.
4️⃣ Refunds (if approved)
· Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
We appreciate your understanding as this process ensures high-quality, personalized products and helps us fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
International Shipping
Customs Duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY— ZUDIE GROUP LLC
At Zudie Group LLC, we want you to love every purchase.
Follow the steps below for a smooth return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility
- Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date if the original tags and packaging are included.
- POD items (apparel, mugs, ornaments, custom prints): may be returned only if defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- Carimo beauty & wellness products: may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unopened and unused.
- Health/wellness items (e.g., creams, ingestibles): cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene rules.
📩 How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email zudiegroupllc@gmail.com with:
o Your full name
o Order number
o A photo of the defective or incorrect item
o The reason for return or exchange
2. Our customer service team will reply within 24–48 hours to confirm eligibility.
3. If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS return label.
4. Package the item securely and drop it off at a UPS location using the provided label (do not ship to the original address).
💰 After We Receive Your Return
Once the item reaches our warehouse, you may choose one of the following:
- Refund: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Exchange/Replacement: We’ll send a replacement item within 72 hours.
🚚 Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the order:
- Please request a claim ID from your local post office.
- After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment.
⚠️ Restocking Fees
- Custom-made products (custom apparel, flags, or special design items) carry a 30 % restocking fee.
- This fee may be adjusted if your product type differs—please contact us with questions.
